農(nóng)業(yè)部1982年04月10日頒布《農(nóng)藥登記規(guī)定》【文號(hào):[82]農(nóng)業(yè)保字第10號(hào)】“第五條申請(qǐng)農(nóng)藥品種登記時(shí)須提供下列資料和樣品。...5、毒性急性、亞急性、慢性毒性和致畸、致癌、致突變等試驗(yàn)結(jié)果;6、殘留在作物及其產(chǎn)品中的殘留、代謝、降解和分析方法以及對(duì)食品衛(wèi)生、勞動(dòng)衛(wèi)生和安全使用等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建議;7、環(huán)境質(zhì)量影響對(duì)大氣、水、土壤、植物和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的污染和影響。”“第七條外國(guó)廠商向我國(guó)銷售農(nóng)藥必須進(jìn)行登記,未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)登記的產(chǎn)品不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)口。申請(qǐng)登記時(shí),須按第五條規(guī)定提供除生產(chǎn)技術(shù)以外的資料和樣品,其中應(yīng)用效果和殘留方面的資料須有在中國(guó)兩個(gè)有代表性的地區(qū)兩年以上的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。改變劑型或變更使用范圍,須申請(qǐng)補(bǔ)充登記。外國(guó)農(nóng)藥在我國(guó)登記有效期5年。”這就是說(shuō),農(nóng)業(yè)部必須公布的不止是孟山都1988年提交的1)“急性毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”,還有2)“亞急性毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”;3)“慢性毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”;4)“致畸毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”;5)“致癌毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”;6)“致突變毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”!如果向公眾不能公布這6項(xiàng)毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告,農(nóng)業(yè)部所有涉案審批官員與“公職學(xué)者”,無(wú)論職位高低,也無(wú)論依然工作或者已經(jīng)退休,皆涉嫌“瀆職”、“濫用職權(quán)”與“以危險(xiǎn)方法危害公共安全罪”!
救救孩子!(97)農(nóng)業(yè)部必須向公眾公布孟山都1988提交的“急性、亞急性、慢性毒性和致畸、致癌、致突變”至少6項(xiàng)毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告,否則涉嫌“瀆職”、“濫用職權(quán)”與“以危險(xiǎn)方法危害公共安全罪”!

第八條外國(guó)農(nóng)藥在我國(guó)進(jìn)行田間藥效試驗(yàn),按《中華人民共和國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)部對(duì)外國(guó)公司在我國(guó)進(jìn)行農(nóng)藥田間藥效試驗(yàn)管理辦法(試行)》執(zhí)行,外國(guó)農(nóng)藥在我國(guó)進(jìn)行較大面積的示范試驗(yàn),須申請(qǐng)臨時(shí)登記。
這就是說(shuō),農(nóng)業(yè)部必須公布的不止是孟山都1988年提交的:
1)“急性毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”,還有
2)“亞急性毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”;
3)“慢性毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”;
4)“致畸毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”;
5)致癌毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”;
6)”致突變毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告”!
如果向公眾不能公布這6項(xiàng)毒理學(xué)試驗(yàn)報(bào)告,農(nóng)業(yè)部所有涉案審批官員與“公職學(xué)者”,無(wú)論職位高低,也無(wú)論依然在職還是已經(jīng)退休,皆涉嫌“瀆職”、“濫用職權(quán)”與“以危險(xiǎn)方法危害公共安全罪”!
The Ministry of Agriculture of China must disclose "Acute, sub-acute, chronic toxicity, teratogenic, carcinogenic and mutagenic" at least six toxicology test reports submitted by Monsanto in 1988, otherwise the officials and "official scholars" involved in the case are alleged to "misconduct", "abuse of power" and "crime of endangering public security with dangerous methods"!

The Ministry of Agriculture of China on April 10 1982 announced "Agricultural Pesticides Registration Stipulation" (Official document number: [82] Agricultural Protection No.10.) which stipulates:

Article 5 When applying for pesticide registration must submit the following data and samples.
....
5. Toxicity test results, acute, sub-acute, chronic toxicity, teratogenic, carcinogenic and mutagenic;
6. Residue Residue in plants and their products, metabolism, degradation and analysis method, and suggests on standards for food hygiene, labor health and safety application.
7. Environment quality effect The pollution and effect on atmosphere, water, soil, plants and ecological systems.
Article 7 For foreign enterprises to sell to China their agricultural pesticides must be registered, unregistered products are not allowed to import. When applying for pesticide registration, must in accordance to Article 5 provide the required data and samples with the exception of production technology, in which data on application results and residues must include test results carried out for minimum two years in two representative areas. When dosage form or application scope is changed, must apply for supplementary registration. The registration of foreign pesticides in China is valid for 5 years.
This is to say, the Ministry of Agriculture of China must disclose not ony the 1) Acute toxicity toxicology test report submitted by Monsanto in 1988, but also:
2) Sub-acute toxicity toxicology test report;
3) Chronic toxicity toxicology test report;
4) Teratogenic toxicity toxicology test report;
5) Carcinogenic toxicity toxicology test report;
6) Mutagenic toxicity toxicology test report.
If these 6 types of toxicity toxicology test reports can not be disclose to the public, then, all those officials and "official scholars" involved in the case, regardless levels of their positions and regardless if they are still working or already retired, are all alleged to "misconduct", "abuse of power" and "crime of endangering public security with dangerous methods"!
